SPl Precautions?

Sound deaden the hell out of it
Ya I was thinking about that. Like double wrapping it with deadener or something like that. It's just, I see some vids on you tube sometimes and it looks like some of those car/trucks/vans are barely being held together when the bass starts going. I don't know, its just hard to believe that deadener alone is enough.

PS I like your sig. I LOLed.

Sound deaden, make sure all ur bolts are tight and snug. And if sh*t starts falling off... duct tape is ur friend //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif lol jk

expanding foam + deadening + extra bracing for super weak areas.

Huge SPL #'s at low frequencies will destroy stuff tho. That's when steel and concrete can come out ha

All depends on how loud your system is... Like G-monk said, there is a point where not much can be done(Gmonks van, Randys van, Micks Van, etc).

But generally a good amount of sound deadening will help out alot.

Steel bars can be used to reinforce certain portions. Lots of deadening, like it was said, expanding foam, build everything strong and heavy. Isolate weak portions and reinforce with bars and sheets.

If youre loud enough, theres not much you can do. My doors are all torn up and my windsheild/doors/roof leak bad.

my volume was all the way up on my sub and i just ****ing jumped when i clicked on that first link lol
