This is the thunderdome, what rules? There are very few rules in this section of the site. It doesn't take walking a tightrope around here to avoid a ban. He's sort of the unofficial hazing ritual for the t-dome.
If he, or anyone else, breaks a rule, report the post. The first admin to respond will take appropriate action. What you shouldn't do is never hit the report post button, and then question why someone is not banned. Its a due process that tries to be fair to everyone, if SM doesn't break any of the rules here, he is as welcome here as any other member.

If it was not the car audio content of this site that built its population, but instead was the random bannings, rude moderators, hijacked accounts and subsequent chaos, and all the other crap that use to go on here that brought in the masses, then why isn't crunktimes.com, the website specifically made to transfer that attitude and even the people/moderators over to it, bigger?
Is everyone happy that the moderators are now more responsible, mature, friendly, and held accountable for their actions? Obviously not. But I think its fair to say most people visit a site called caraudio.com to discuss car audio, not to act like a bunch of sophomores hanging out behind the bleachers. I have no issue with people acting that way, its the people who are mad because they can no longer act that way here that have the issue.

But, Im not at all interested in entering into a debate with you whether or not Goob was justified to reign in the previous moderators. As for the "new and improved" regime (your words, not mine), the 'old regime' would have called you a *** by now, deleted your posts, and banned you for a month. Now, on the other hand, you have the freedom to disagree with mods all you want. If you cant see the improvement there, its only because you refuse to see it.

As a moderator, I have no right to suppress your opinions. But as a member, I do have the right to express my disagreement with them.

Truth be told SM hasnt done anything wrong to warrant a ban in the TDome. This is an area where anything goes except for ****** and the N word and other related slang replacements. If you cant handle it Ill kindly ask you to stay out.
