spider to basket...

erm..hello.
What is the best thing to attach the spider with the basket ....epoxy...f-26...or what? never dealt with this kind of thing..

This has happened to my pair of ample audio 12x series subs. Only running them off a bxi1605bd and has made them come apart at the spider:(

We use a vulcanized CA glue.
Thanks!

to the OP, before you begin to glue the soider down, try to take the dustcap off. if you can get the dustcap off then you can use shims and re-alighn the coils which would save you a recone.

I reglued the spider on my konaki 15" when they popped off, I didnt use shims, just reglued it and let it dry a couple of days, then wanged away, no coil rub was detected.

I guess I was lucky.
