Spider coming lose off of basket

I have a RF Power HX-2 12". The spider keeps coming off on the same side of the basket. I took it to a local shop and asked him if he could possibly repair it. So he glued it down and it worked fine, until it once again came off. Talked with him again about it and he suggested sending to RF to get it reconed. I wasn't to thrilled about that, and so I was wondering is their anything I could to to repair it myself? Maybe some sort of special glue to use? All advice would be appreciated.

I like to use epoxy, but rubberized CA glue may be the ticket if it keeps comming apart..

Super glue. I think the heat could be the reason why it kept coming apart.

It's not getting good surface adhesion if you didn't clean the contacting effected areas well with acetone.

This is the correct glue
