speeding tickets

ok i just got my first speeding ticket 37/25 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif and dont know wether to take S.T.O.P. class or just pay it i still have my p.o.p. and not the other one above that. I dont know how many points it will take off and not sure if it will effect my insurance or not what should i do? Pay it or take S.T.O.P. class

Go to the judge, Pay the ticket and get it differed with a little probation and then thrown off your record so it wont affect your insurance or job oppertunities. At least it worked for me in my state when I was 17 and got ticketed for speeding, passing in a no pass zone, no seatbelts, plus I ran the highway patrolman off the road when making the illegal pass. It did cost me a bit but me and my dad talked to the judge and got it all differed with 6 months probation. It never made it on my record since I didnt get anymore tickets for at least 6 months

If it is your first ticket i would just go to court and talk to the judge. We got an old lady here and you can talk her out of about everything.

Also if they ask what your future plans are (which some will do to school kids) tell them you have big plans on going to college and getting a degree. They tend to be more forgiving to someone they think will make somthing of their life then some punk.

As far as getting a speeding ticket paid for by some radar detector company good luck. They will laugh at you and tell you not to be braking the law.

You could go to court, n have the cop not show up. Not TICKET. I know a girl was going 78 in 55. They dropped ticket down to 14 over. Thats alot of a difference. Wreckless driving over 20 mph i believe in Michigan. I guess he didnt know she was on Highway. Cuz its usually 70mph on highway. or shes a dumb *****. lol.
