with out having to run calc's, what kind of enclosure is recommended both sealed and ported, for good rms and keeping a fairly low f3?

0.96 ft^3 sealed = 0.707 Qts / 52 Hz F3

With a good bit of poly-fill stuffing (about 1.5 - 2 pounds) you can take this down to 0.50 - 0.75 ft^3 with very similar results. Most users are doing so with them rather than utilizing a full 0.96 ft^3 enclosure.

1.5 ft^3 ported tuned to 30 Hz = F3 of 31 Hz

Good alignment for them - ran a pair in my previous vehicle as such.

Make a contract stating a final day that payment must be made. Even if its a couple months away, and have a clause that if payment is not made and no communication then the funds that have been deposited become yours after such and such date.

Still, i suppose anything written is better then nothing, just in case. Not that anyone would question you on here, but if they did, you would have proof. But hey, im a pretty cautious person. lol.
