Not to long ago I was driving listening to some tunes when I hear some music pretty clear at a stop light I look around and cant see car that is banging untill a caprice srives by and the ******* has 2 white speakers in the grill of his car.

This is not the first time, WTF is the reason for this maybe someone can elighten me on this?
