speakers make wierd noise when cell rings...

anybody else have this problem?? Its just friggin' annoying whenever my cell rings its this clicking, like static on steroids, noise...damaging maybe? anyway to prevent it or is it just one of those things...

My old Clarion did this..I Never could find a fix other than to just turn my cd player off when it rang..It was kind of nice though because if it wouldnt' have made the weird noise in my speakers I wouldn't have heard the phone ring..LOL

The stock radio in my van does that. I know I need to answer the phone when I hear a Buzz in the speakers. Even before the phone actually rings. Wierd..

its just one of those things you have to live with, cellphones and stereo equipment equals funny noises when someone calls you.

well. not awesome but kinda fun - with my old deck, (rockford RF9300 - hated this thing, broke like 3 times) when my girls cingular phone would ring, it would send like 35hz tone to the speakers, the closer to the deck the phone got when it had an incomming\outgoing signal - the louder it would be.

nothing you can really do about it tho.

it is NOT the brand of stereo...

it's the service. Cingular and Nextel phones do it to every speaker in my house.

No, it's not damaging.

holy sh!t i just noticed that on my comp monitor...but i have cingular anyways....

its the signal that the phones have my phone makes screens all blurry too
