Speakers for Nissan frontier?

I'm looking for a nice 2 way component set for my front doors. They will be amped by an old kenwood that was given to me that puts out 50w 4 ohm or 75w 2 ohm or 150w bridged. I have $175 to spend and I've got a couple in mind but would like some other suggestions. Mounting depth is like 2.5-3". Don't know for sure but they look pretty slim.

Sorry. 6.5", probably passive but idk the difference so I believe passive is pretty standard, overall good sound. I don't have any experience with door speakers so I haven't really been able to hear a lot of the differences.
