Speakers for friend

My friend wants me to put a system together for him in his 2002 toyota tundra access cab. Not to sure on the depths for the front and rear doors so im kind of stuck there on what to look for.

Price range on the speakers I would say is $300.

Head unit picked out: alpine CDA-9884

I would say 6 1/2s will fit in the front and rear but have to be a short depth. Can somebody give me some options on some good speakers to go with that will fit around $300?
