Speakers fluttering?

I just put in my hertz hsk-165 in my truck and my driver side midbass is flutering. It randomly does it even when the speakers are not turned up to much at all. I havent taken it apart yet to check things out yet (about to in like 10 minutes) but I didnt know if anybody else had this issue and what could be the issue. It just makes like a fuff sound every once and a while. Thing is they didnt do it last night, but today I was on my way to HD and they were doing it.

First thing im checking are if my conections are on tight.
