Speaker size for '03 tahoe?

I looked on crutchfield and it says that 5.25", 6.5", 6.75" components fit in the front/rear doors, but I would like to know what fits in the factory locations without altering the factory look? I would want to put speakers in the rear passenger doors as well so that music will still sound good to passengers in the back, however if there is no one in the back I'd wire it up so I could switch them off for no rear fill. So does anyone know what size the factory components are? Mounting depth would be good to know as well.
