Speaker layout in 1995 Ford Probe SE..

Up front- 6.5's in each door, probably component systems, and a set of 6x8 comp sets (they have one custom made from someone...for the ford and mazdas), and maybe another one in kick panels..I like the idea of a 6 speaker stereo system....well, 7 if you include the IDMAX i'll be getting.

Anybody have a ford or Madza that uses the 6x8 speaker size, if so, what replacements have you found?

Get one of them, my friend works at Circuit city, they are like 150 there, with his 60% car audio discount, about 60 ot 70 bucks...

Or maybe for the 6x8...just put in a pair of Pioneer 3 way 6x8, give them a nice 100-150 watts each..?

just get one REALLY nice set and a nice amp to push them... trow them in kicks up front, and blow people away with just 3 speakers... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

plus its better for SQ taht way.
