Sometimes I get a small spark when I touch my negative lead(s) to the terminals when first hooking up the battery....You're fine.
Yea dude, completeley normal.
Is there a way to make it so that when connecting the two there wont be any spark??

You can blow the fuse if you've reversed polarity somewhere; Like mixed up your positive and negatives at the amp. Instant fuse bustage.

it just pop when it start the spark..then the fuse go off..

check your wiring, cheif. It's expected to make one tiny little crackle spark when you first make contact, but it shouldn't blow fuses or anything.
