what was the idle output though? I see the $389 one for a 2000 civic only has 160 amps but has a 110amp output on idle which is alot. If your getting over 100 amp idle then thats the going rate.

Yeah, same amperages. I should've asked about lower idle amperages, I don't think I would need more than 80a. I want a chevy again, i loved my 90a @ idle alt for $180.
