soundstream x3.60 and .71

I'm enticed by these amps doing a ton of power @ 12.5 volts. is there any truth to this? for the life of me i cannot decide which amp to run. its driving me crazy. anyone clamp these or at least use these?

For clarification purposes for example the .60 does 2800 at 1ohm 14.4 and 1900 @2ohm at 14.4 and 2500 @1ohm at 12.5 and from looking at the chart it would do around 1700 at 13.8 so your getting 1500+ with rise to 2ohm with a decent electrical system. I know it's not the most powerful amps that's not the point it's about output across the reactive impedance.. not to mention I can get them for pretty **** cheap..
