soundstream tws.4 tweeters

was wondering if anybody had any input on these tweeters, I searched but didnt come up with any results for tws.4

seems like you can pick up a pair of these tweeters for around 30$ but I wasnt sure how they sounded or if they are just a waste of money. I want to put 2-3 pairs of tweeters hidden in my car to keep up with the lows. Just thought these would be a cheaper option if they sound decent

The other cost efficient tweeter I was looking at was the inifinity kappa tweeters @ 60$/pair

Im also running inifinty ref 3-way 6x9s (temp) and inifinity kappa 3.5"s in the dash.
