Soundstream Stealth amp opinions

I'm looking for a relatively compact amp (i would like to fit it under my seat but there's limited space 12' long 8' wide) stable down to one ohm and pushing at least 1000w rms but ideally 1500 rms for my fi ssd. I'm also looking at a ab phantom, would it be a higher quality amp?

I like the American Bass amps, ive ran a ph4000md and currently running the vfl4480, both are great amps.

I dont have any experience with the Soundstreams though

ab also looks like it might be a higher quality product, truthfully soundstream looks like it's cheap chinese ****.
