I don't have much to say about this amp, I've only had it for like 2 weeks, but I do have gut pics!!

What I know: Bass knob feels cheap, mounting feet are plastic, lots of dials/switches, has a .1v - 2v and a 2v - 8v gain switch, 160A worth of fuses! Looks nice, pretty heavy, WONT accept 1/0 gauge, Phillips head instead of allen wrench terminal screw-downs, it has a small internal fan. Yep that's all I got!

I ran it while it was opened up, couldn't feel much airflow at all. & It's loud for like 10 seconds, then it get quiet.

It get's loud because of the fan. I got it's bigger brother, which has 2 fans. But goes away after a min or so...as you stated.
