anyone dealt with this amp before?

its rated at 1500@1 ohm, how accurate are ratings and could it handle .7ohm load for DD?

what about the ega 1700d's. 1700x1 @ 1 ohms @14.4?

From some of the people I've talked to Soundstream has gone down in quality in the lower end amp department. I was going to get one of the PCA1500Ds but got shown away from it because of their quality for lower end amp.s
