soundstream davinci

Yes im a new to this forum but not new to car audio... Ive been out of the hobby for bout 5 years and was just wondering if I should take my davinci amp out of the closet and back in the car, or has the time passed it up? it was a great amp "back in the day" but there are alot of new amps out there with truely impressive numbers. Theres quite a few of you guys that no what youre talking about, just wondering if I could get some feedback on my aging soundstream amp!

If i remember, back in the day soundstream had some nice stuff. If I could find everything mint, I would probably have an oldskool set up so I say go with the amp. If i remember that was a 7 channel amp, something like 4x50, 2x100, 1x200, and way more bridged, I say use it.

Better yet its garbage. Ill take it off your hands, and I'll even pay shipping.

I looked up the specs. the rear channel is 500watts at 1 ohm, that would make an awesome 5.1 system. By amp some components up front, some midrange drivers in the back and a nice sub in the trunk.

If it was a great amp then, it will still be a great amp now. Great audio components never cease to be great.

If you indeed you have the gold plated top Davinci in perfect working condition, you have one of, if not, the best Soundstream amp made IMO. If its in perfect working order, by all means use the amp!! That amp is still one of the top amps on the food chain. Your lucky...

thanks for the opinions guys, i was'nt sure if time had passed it bye, now to see if it will push the to re hybrids i ust picked up!? (kinda doubt it)
