Are Soundstream Amplifiers Excellent Budget Amps. Do They Do Rated Power and Is The power clean and clear. Also can anyone tell me about their durability and are their worth tryin out? Im thinking about using a Soundstream mono block to push two 12" Rockford Fosgate p3's dual 4ohm (Make a 1 ohm load). the 1000 watt mono block amp. Thanx for all responses. Just basically wanna know if their good amps overall and how clean is their power output and do they do rated power?

Soundstream is a good brand!!! never any problems with them...

I have two Picasso PCA2000D, the bring the goods every day....

i prefer their older lines. either their reference, rubicon, or vga lines. most of their old school amps are getting rare, but are still around, proving their durability.

If you want to talk solid, old school with Soundstream, the line is drawn at the Reference line. Not the Reference S or the Rubicon which were off the mark in comparison.
