soundstream 8 f cap and bamf5500 amp

I have a soundstream scx8 capacitor and a power acoustic bamf 5500 d amp was wondering what gauge wires i needed to wire these

\also on a side note, ive never used a capacitor before and i read somthing at some time about having to charge your capacitor? was wondering how to do that/ or if it was necessary.

lastly can a stock buick lesabre limited 1997 alternator and regular batterie support this setup?

it is true you should charge them first. just use a thousand ohm resister as your fuse for a minute then you should be fine.

the amp does, idk, 2800 rms maybe. i would use 1/0 guage wire and the big three in 1/0 guage. you should be fine.

the big three?

thousand ohm resistor... hmm where would i pick one of those up at?
