wait does this have a subwoofer pre-amp? the way i read the item description it does...but a friend told me it doesnt?

yes it does look at the pic it has two sets (4) of rcas for external amps and has one subwoofer input and front and rear auxillery. so yes itr does you can attacha sub amp to it and run a sub from it while also boosting your door speakers with the built in amp.
