how loud? I'm looking for something to keep up with a pair of ported type r's off 1000 RMS. I'll be ordering the iA7 as my amp so I've got 1200 RMS to work with. I'm not trying to go over 4 cubes and I'm definitely going ported as I listen to a lot of rap and hip hop so i want it to be loud but still sound good while doing it. Let me know if you think this is the sub for me? Thx.

i had 1000 on it and it would move my dash in my explorer pretty good.. i never did meter it but i would guess in the 146-47 area

What size Rs? I had 2 of these with 1000w each in 3cubes ea ported to 34Hz. I was putting Up a 148+ sealed at the dash on a TL mic.
