Hey there, well if you have read my last thread I was trying to decide on a sub and I THINK that the soundsplinter is the one I should go for(still kind of a toss up the IDQ looks realll good), but I cant find all that much on them as far as an in depth review, I was wondering if anybody that has owned them and how did you like them? It will be paired up with a set of DLS UP6s and I listen pretty much to metal and classic metal, with alot of classic rock also. So I need something that will keep up to the double kicks. Thanks.

ever consider stepping up to the RL-p? i've owned the RL-p's and really liked them but won't go into any more details if you are not interested in the RL-p's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Well I can only give them 200W at 2ohm, but its a real good 200W I guess because its comeing from an Xtant 403A, but still, it will probably only be 250-275W, so I can really get a big sub, doesnt the RL-P take quite a bit more power?

I was looking at the 8s, I guess they are just an amazing sub and they are backordered for a while, but I would only be able to power 1. What do you guys think? Go with the 10, or with one 8 with the power I have?

An 8 would take less power to move it real quick to some double kicks, so its a good possibility, if I have the patience to wait. Thanks again.

-Jared.
