can someone tell me whats causing it???? is it that ground loop or what ever??? it gets really annoying after about 5 minutes... when my rpms get up it gets louder... so can someone help me?

Ground voltage differential. Reground things.

Try that first, should fix the problem.

Mod - move to General...jerks. Do your bloody jobs. Lazy bums, all of you.

yup... reground the amp and hu.... also I'd make sure the battery wires (neg -> frame, pos -> alt, Engine block -> frame) are all the same gauge as your amps powers wires.. or bigger
