Sound quality at 100RMS x4 (4ohms) recommendations?

I don't need any crossover work, I have that taken care of earlier in the audio path. I noticed that the AQ has a damping factor of about 250. From my understanding, damping factor is a ratio of ohms to ohms, so it shouldn't have a unit?
Regardless, is 250 relatively high? Any idea on the damping factor of the other two (I looked but couldn't find)?
Damping factor essentially controls the linearity of the cone/coil travel. 250 is not high at all.

That being said, I wouldn't worry about damping factor too much.
