is the Sony Xplod XM-2150GSX 760w amp any good. i have heard good things about sony amps in general. i am thinking about getting it. anyone know anything about this amp or have any experience with it?

On average witht he exception of thwe Mobile ES line sony doesn't rome highley reccomended on this sight. Too unstable and too easy to kill.

thnx for the quick reply. for about $150 - $175 what would you guys recommend on an amp, other than JBL....? imma use it to power one sub in a GTi. no competition or anything. just want something good and reliable. another one i was lookin at locally are pioneer amps...

yes sony is bad but that amp is psyco a friend has 1 and i measured it to be close to 400 rms @ 12.4V and it is rated at 360 rms @14.4V so don't say sony is all underated
