Does Sony make good amps?

=p LOL, I have to pick on someone. Anyway. A 1000 watt sony amplifier will not push as much power or last as long as similarly priced 1000 watt amplifiers that you will read about on this forum. Again, search!

its now the 'specialty series' and if their amps are as good as thier HU's they should be alright

Personally Sony sucks, if thier new amps are alright I guess I am waiting to see. I'm not holding my breath.
