There was a time when i thought Sony subs for ok for the price...thats before i discovered Ebay, where you can get much better (new) stuff at about the same price. Also, I'd just like to mention that newer Sony amps ****. I had one of those black Sony 1600 watt sub amps they came out with last year, and my RF1001bd makes it look like a joke using half the amp (4 ohm load) I've also had a couple of those 2 channel 760 watt jobs with the big x on the front. They were alright while they lasted, but I had them fryed within a year. Total crap. I know you can get a hell of a deal on Audiobahn Subs as well as Kickers on Ebay for less than the price you could buy a Sony sub at Sears.

Yup yup ... the Mobile ES items from a few years ago blow big nuts!

Funny thing is, one of the best sounding stereo's I've ever heard was ALL Sony.

I agree to an extent, the Mobile ES amplifiers from a few years ago weren't bad. The only things that I question from sony are all the subs and speakers. The amps and HU's are somewhat respectable, IMO.

u better jump on that dealman cuz those thangs slamm me and my friend put 6 of the 15'' in an esclade nad **** we dun cracked a windshiel even tho these are lud speaakers they stil have the sound quality to back it up dont listen to the guy above he obvoudly knos nothin

Ever heard of english and a dictionary. Or, you ain't got none. There is no way that you would crack a windshield with 6 15's from sony. No absolute way!!! Unless you threw it through the window.
