all these replies... what are they worth,I tried googling it and all the prices were way different,I saw some for $3300 some for $2300 some for $1400 ,there is such a wide price range i dont know what to tell him..does $1000 sound about right??

It wouldn't sell on here for anything close to that, but you could try diyma.... that would be the best place to try and sell it.
