Sony XBR9 HDTV owners

Hey I just got a KDL-32XBR9 for my birthday and I was looking for the calibration/picture settings for a dark room. Does anybody know were I can find em.

cnet has them for the 52" but its 240hz while mine is 120hz. I tried em out and didn't really like it.

Can somebody point me in the right direction of were to get em?

I used the calibration tool thats included with halo 3 special edition.

Not sure it if the changes carry over to TV as opposed to component only. But what ev, I think the picture looks good as is.
