Had a problem with the old bigger version of the PS2, but had it for a few years before it tanked. Then I bought the slim version and it is still going strong and has been a couple years now. Really, I have had more problems with Nintendo, Sega and the xbox 360.( which took a crap last week, thank god they are fixing it for free. Now if they would just send me the shipping slip like they said they would, I could get it out and on its way.)

I've had my ps2 for 5 years, no problem, fat one too. Love it! Can't wait for God of War 2, but Guitar Hero 2 is keeping me busy til then. My friend's 360 just went out on him 3 days ago, got the Red Ring of Death. I told MS reissued warranties for those who purchased consoles at launch since the failure right is so high, at first he thought he was SOL bc his 1 year warranty had ended.

My bro bought a 1st gen 360 that supposly had a problem with 3 red dots or something. He bought it used with like 6 games 2 controllers for $400. Then they sent him the shipping slip and box. Sent it back and pretty much got a new 360 for $400 (this was about 3 months after they came out).

my ps3 broke....i had a box and shipping label the very next day by 11am....sent it out....now i had a 20 gig....sent it in, i got a gesture of good will for not having the receipt....exactly 3 days later i got a brand new ps3 delivered to my door.....oh yea, they sent me a 60gig....best customer service i have ever received. HP, now they ****, they have a bunch of Indians who cant talk for shit, and are useless.

Intercoolers for 360 ftw. Mine gets mighty hot at times, and sometimes when im playing GoW when its hot, It will give me that "Your disc may be dirty or damaged" Bullshit. Other than that, no complaints yet.

My bro's 360 seems to lag a little now that he got a TV that has HDTV. Also i just like the fact that the PS2 was able to support games form PS1. While the 360 u need an emulator per game
