sony sub repair

my friend had a sony subwoofer and he blew the voice coil so i bought it off of him for $15 and i was wondering how i should repair the sub should i go to a specialty shop and have them recone it or what mean while ill jus have it sittin in my room for decoration cause it looks pretty tight

Throw it out - you'll end up paying more than what you paid for it to get it fixed...not even worth it. Keep bumpin' your Audiobahns...could always put nuts in it and put it on your coffee table
