Sony MP3 CD Changer

Hello

I want to buy the new Sony Mp3 cd changer CDX-757MX.

I would like to know with what head unit i have to install it !!

Does it work on all Sony\s head units ?? or only specific ones???

I have sent e-mail to sony but i didn't get any answer back !!

SO please i need your help

it should work with any newer model sony receiver but if you dont have a newer one i have i can get rid of...it basically brand new the only thing is it was a display model but that is the only play it got..i only hooked it up to make sure it worked and it does..im not sure what model # it is right now but i can find out for you...just let me know if you are interested!!
