Sony Mobile ES Xm-5046 for head unit

I'm looking at trading this **** amp for a nice head unit with time alignment. I will be picky about what I accept, I would like something with USB, and absolutely reading CDs is a must, so no all digital units.

These are the rated specs, it does much more than this! =]
