Hey guys I just got done installing my New System, its in my sig.

THIS THING IS SICK! My roof pounds out about 5" and the doors come out a bit its just insane. But here is my issue.

I wired all my interiors to the KX350.2 and everything is working awesome!

My problem is now I dont have any wires going to the back of the decks speaker wires, so the deck just says "Failure" after a few seconds of showing the display. I wish I knew what to do so it wouldnt say that.

Should I just connect all the + and - wires on the back of the deck so it thinks there are speakers hooked up?

Its a Sony CDX-GT300.

Please dont tell me to get a new deck beacuase im not for a while.

Thanks!

Do you have the manual?

If so, does it have a way to turn off the internal amplifiers?

That would be your only real hope of stopping that.

Hooking speaker wires together is not a good idea as you'll likely blow the outputs, and possibly wreck the HU itself.

The manual is very vague and only says the connections are incorrect if it says failure.

According to the way it is supposed to be wired, the speaker wires from the HU have to go go speakers, then the amps have to power other speakers?

I dont get it.

I dont want the HU powering the speakers...

****ing sony can blow me.

Ok so I just went for a ride, it only says failure until I touch something like the volume for example, so I don't even care to be honest.

For some reason I thought it did it all the time, becuase that WOULD piss me off.

I cannot believe the bass coming form this thing its SICK!

enjoy it while you can.. sooner or later you will get used to it and it wont be enough

Hahaha! Yeah man, its just insane. I have never heard over 400 watts, and my old subs were at 220. Now im at 1000... !

Once the sub is fully broken in and I can go a while with it pounding I will get video.
