Sony head-unit trouble.

I just got my truck back today from the shop, my headunit wasnt working when i left so i told the guy, he put a new fuse in and it was working, well when i got home its not working anymore. I know its getting power, because it will take my cd in, and also reject it under its own power, but it will just not turn on. If anybody can help me quickly I'd appreciate it.

Sounds like something funky with your wiring. The 12V+ constant is working, thats why you can get the CD out, the switched 12V+ is not working or its shorted.

no... the 12v constant is fine like supa c said... your switched wire is bad... you either have a blown fuse... check all fuses... then make sure your accessory wire is still connceted properly and has no shorts in it

i have the same problem, its posted on the wiring forum. mine takes in cd's and spits them out, but it doesn't turn on. wtf!!!

Problem fixed, Re-routed the red power wire, and everything works fine now!!
