sonotube port with flare?

pvc heatgun and a bowl, or you could take a razor cut your wrists drain some of the jewish blood out and buy some 6'' aeroports.
im talking about more than a 6" port ******.

im talking one big aero, as in like 20" in diameter in the center of my wall

What in God's ****ing name would require a 20" port, let alone a flared one?

And that is not a port in that picture, that's a tractrix horn which is a type of speaker enclosure.

i would build it out of wood frame and glass it, really does not need to super strong, so resin the fleece and put 3-4 layers of glass on the out side (side you would not see, it would be inside the box) then a thin coat of bondo on the visible side to make it smooth... couple hours - done.

How is this possibly flared enough to be considered an aero? It's a straight port with a rounded lip.

i'm building one currently kinda like the process of the tractrix horn..i'll post pics when i get the chance but you could go that route...build the flare out of 1/4 or 1/2 mdf pieces stacked like you posted...then glass it...it's what i'm doin

thought i was being original till you posted that..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
