yeah I know the actual owner, I had a problem with them ONCE. He came down himself and straightened everything out. They are a good company, with EXCELLENT customer service. I have since then put in about 20 orders though him for entire systems (hooking up my friends while I was in the Marines) and for anyone that asked my advice while not in range for me to install for them, I would send them links from there and get them all set up. HIGHLY recommend for on line car audio. And hey, they price match, so you cant beat them!

lol. If there is a problem i am sure there customer service would help you out, but dude.... theres not gonna be a problem. There VERY good, you will get what you order, and they are very good about honoring there warranties if anything should fail.

With all the orders I have put through there, never a miss advertised item, (like getting dual 2 ohm when you ordered 4,) never a long delay in shipping, never a DoA item, always price matched, never got shafted on shipping. Really a A+ place to order from.

hmm, when i e-mailed them twice it took them two weeks to get back to me. so i went over to woofersetc and e-mailed them and they replied instantly. there BBB was a "C" or a "D" but I see it is now a "B" with my experience their customer service wasnt too great. I just went over too woofersetc and got them to price match sonicelectronix's prices.

sux man sorry to hear.... Did you call them? they have normal business hours and can take orders and will do customer service over the phone as well, usually with immediate results and price change if applicable.

o and the only reason im not powering the 6x9's to what the wattage says on the box is cause im pretty sure a pair of crappy 6x9's can not reach 600w so thats why i went the 175w route. any and all feedback welcome.

first of all it is just a basic system.

second it is not like i am paying for it

third my family doesnt have 10,000 to spend on car audio equipment.

and im only 15 and cant get a job for another 2 weeks.
