hey guys

I finished the build stage of the box that will host my two mtx 12's in my 66 Chev truck.

The box is sealed and is approx 2.4 cubic feet. I'm just going to carpet it and call it good, cuz there will be a console that goes over top anyway...

More pics after I install the subs and finish carpeting, prob later tonight or tomorrow nite after a good case of beer...

Unfortunately, jelly is rite, however, i'd like to blame it on the system if i still can...

Now as I try to, it says the file size is too big... what to do??

are they going to be inverted?
thats goin to look pretty nice.
if thats gonna be a console i don't think that he can go inverted cause he would have magnets hitting his leg....

looks pretty good //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

oh i just thought that it would be pretty tough putting two subs inside just that part of the box but then i again u know what u'r doin and i dont even know the depth of ur subs so just forget about it

ya it is a console, so no they won't be inverted, thx for the compliments. You're right tho, the depth is pretty shallow for the subs, however, it'll work. I can't wait to hear it.

I'l post more once it's covered and in the truck.

no they should be fine as long as its completly sealed. i like the box. looks very sweet. id prolly of glassed the two woofs under the console comming out like that faicing each the driver and passanger though.

make sure you get them tiny holes where the box comes to a T (yea i saw it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ) sealed up with somthin though.

otherwise. i cant wait to see it. very good looking design //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

ya I realized the holes after, if only I had of extended those pieces 3/4 of an inch... Should be easy to seal tho.

I appreciate the compliments and tips.

I will be building another console piece (f/glass) that rides over top and in front.
