To start things off heres what I have that could possibly lead to my "problem".
3 10" L7's powered by a power acoustic a3000db @ 1.5 ohms amp is set correctly based off of the guide that was on here a few months ago (seems as if its changed?)
power and ground are 0 gauge tusnami
big 3 done in knukonceptz 0 gauge kolossus
the box is 3.5 cubes tuned to 37hz
It seems as if the sound I am getting from the subs seems to be more of an annoying vibrating brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rather than some nice hard hitting bass. Im not saying it isnt loud enough for me as I was leaning towards SPL > SQ when I did this setup but when I feel like listening to some music with just a bit of bass it gets annoying having a brrrrrr sound for bass instead of something a bit deeper and maybe its just me but to the hear a deeper sound does sound somewhat louder.
I never did get much into boxes but im going to assume this has something to do with the tuning requency of the box? Also what would you guys think if I were to give these things 7 cubes and of course a different tuning frequency which if anyone has a suggestion for that please let me know.
Also this happens with nearly every song, and every type of music just incase someone thinks its the music,song,etc. It almost seems as if the single 05 L5 in the long prefab kicker box from when I worked at circuit city gets louder than this.
