Far too many people power trip and get all crazy and violent with some of the posts being thrown around these days. Especially now that everybody feels the need to force their political views on everyone else (I'm talkin' to all you Bush/Cheney banner people)

So here we go:

What is your favorite recreational, controlled substance (drug)? & Why? If you don't partake,you can just use mine or something.

(Sorry if this is kinda off tempo, but I think everyone needs to lighten up just a little bit.)

Personally, I think Marijuana and Alcohol have to take the back seats to Crystal Meth. Which I had a romp or 10 with, back in HIGH school. Believe what you like, but Meth is one of the few that actually gets you HIGH. You feel euphoric, energized, ready to go out & live life to it's fullest. Instead of being dizzy, distant, mentally impaired and physically weakened. Meth. is essentially the opposite of alcohol. Just a tad-bit too super addictive to be practical though. But i'm really confused by people who take depressants when they feel depressed to feel better. (How's that supposed to work???)

(You don't need to try and awnser that last one, its a chicken-egg sorta situation.)

Never done any sort of drugs my whole life, not going to change that either.

Excluding the obvious, caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.

I used to smoke like a chimney in my high school days -(Just cigarettes thanks!) But fortunately I quit "cold turkey" well over 8 years ago, and have not looked back since.

I have been "drunk" a total of 3 times in my life. That also will not happen again.

I hate the feeling, the outcome, and my tendancy to believe I am indestructible, when intoxicated.

In answering your question though,

Jim & Coke would be my favorite recreational alcoholic drink.

Margarita's on the Rocks with salt would be a close second.

Of course, the frequency in which I drink, is very very seldom.

Come to think of it, I don't think I have had a drop of alcohol for nearly 3 months now.

maryjane by far. up until my bowl was found i smoked at least 4 days a week and at least twice a day. that ends up being alot of weed but when everyone you know (including your cousins, and i have alot of 'em) smokes weed and always has it... hey why not blaze up. i had a good job where after the initial drug test they could not test me after that. now i just gotta wait till i turn 18 and get my piece back. i'll try to get a pic of it for you all!

imo, its a distraction from my other hobbies that make me much more happier. and its a leech of funds as well.

This thread was started to calm people down? Did you NOT pay attention to where the other drug-related threads went discussion wise? (before all the political drama hit)

Personally, I used to use pot, then realized how pointless and worthless it was and quite. And frankly, anyone who uses a drug harder than pot (like meth) is a freakin' idiot and needs to be sterilized so that they can not procreate and pass their stupidity on to other generations.

Same here. Weed sucks. I like to be in full control of my boddy as I am aware of every fealing. And Weed just slows me down and makes me feal stupid. Why would I want to kill more brain cells. Drinking only. Sometimes mini-thins.

To answer your question: people take anti- depressants, not depressants to feel better. Unless they feel too good and then I guess you would take depressants.

first off meth is some messed up stuff... nothing like

being forced to stay awake for days at a time... because

you simply CANNOT fall asleep... to the point of

visulizing ninjas in the night time trees...

i would say cocaine is the opposite of weed...

both get you high for a fairly short time... neither

really control you... they can be used recreationally

by people who can control themselves...

i hate drinking.

My theory on drugs:

Try (most) drugs once, if you feel like it. Moderation is key, you can do (almost) any drug "regularly", as long as regularly = a few times a month at most.

You seem to not understand the sull process of meth synthesis. Meth is "cooked" in a series of chemical reactions. The origional ingrediants are not simply mixed and snorted. Crystal meth contains NO DRAIN CLEANER!!!!!!!!! Although it does burn pretty craze on the way up.

Wanna bet. I actually think that there are more than one form of meth.

I know that the kind they make here uses starting fluid (ether) and lye. lye is for unclogging drains.
