Some smoked out parrot spilled his soda onto my tv

This look any different @Slo_Ride ? I got the glass seperated from the screen. Just like i said if water got in i dont see how it would damage. Or is it that white screen the part that cannot get wet? Am i missing something?

And just leaving the glass exposed(the one laying on the floor) is getting dirty. How to clean it? Visually, I dont see any water anywhere.

Yep only some plasma tvs have glass protecting the actual screen.. Like mine. Found this on the netr: "Some*plasma screens*have glass/plastic in front of the actual PDP, where as some don't.

If your's is one with glass/plastic in front, it could be that smoke has got in between the PDP and the front cover. If it doesn't have a front cover then nothing can get inside, as PDP's are sealed (and at a partial vacuum)."

I am so glad i bought a plasma tv! I mean what fυეκing bs how they brainwashed the entire world into believing led is a better picture quality then plasma. This is a 2004 Fujitsu brand unit made for business presentations, not a consumer model for home theater, and it beats the living crap out of most any led tv sold today (actually its the pioneer elite and Panasonic VT60 models that do) picture quality, color tones, brightness viewing angle...

Even the pictures from my phone look awsome!

Led tv owners need to look again!

yeah plasmas are nice, i have a 51 inch samsung in my living room and the picture quality is much better than the 42 inch vizio LED in my room.

i had to repair mine after it got fried by lightning, pretty easy as long as its only one of the boards that goes bad they're easy to replace. you're **** lucky that tv works. all im gonna say

Any kind of Samsung should beat a Vizio lol

Replaced my lg led with a Panasonic plasma I found on Craigslist and it's way better.

I've also got an lg plasma in my garage that my aunt gave me that's waiting for a new mainboard, and then I can switch it for my other lg led that I've got in the bedroom.

the samsung is 720p and the vizio is 1080, i can tell the difference in minute details but overall the depth of color in the plasma is beautiful compared to the LED

people don't understand that 1080p and "HD" don't mean anything anymore. theres a lot of factors that play into how nice a tv looks. just like audio if you really get into it its a whole other level of television most of us don't know.

Ive thought about trying a plasma out in my room like a 43" should be large enough..Ive got another Samsung 55" 120 htz 1080p hdin the other living room that works just fine too so far no issues
