Some Port Help..Box Designers come in..

Well trying to get a new box designed for my 2 9512gs coming in.. I plan to go all out and seal it off into cabin. Problem is I need about 5 cu net total for both subs.. Well I can fit 2 4" aeros no problem but is that way to little port ? I could do slotted but that would take up alot of my box space.

Heres my box max dimensions. Was told its about 5.8cu ft before any displacement. (which would be about 5cu net after both subs and 2 4" aeros)

Port area is port area regardless of the shape (round or slot)

The only difference will be the thickness of the port material

Look like your going for a SPL set-up

Two 4” ports would be fine for street bass, small for a real SPL type set-up

I’m assuming the 35” is the face of the box, which leaves you enough space for a larger slot port
