My dad got his mid-line, 5 year old Alpine radio stolen today as well as his two check books...while he was at Sam's. Door handle is fucked up, can't open the door from the outside, and the window won't roll down either. There was a broken screw driver sitting on the floorboard. All of that for a radio he'll pawn for $20 and worthless checks that were canceled 30 minutes after he stole them.

Crackhead status....crackheads and tweekers are the ****ing worst... I realized that when they broke into my car and took like an 8yr old pioneer deck and little 400w Titan Hifonics amp...

Times are tough man. just this past week we've had about 4 cars broken into on my street. only about 16 houses on the street total.

I know this kid's HU got stolen, smart kid, he wrote the serial # down so if there not smart enough to scratch it off he'll know. and then this lady's coach wallet got stolen, nothing in it at all. just the bag it self. I bet that guy was pissed. but needless to say I park around back now. lol

may be he will get lucky and they will write some checks... I had that happen to me a few years back and that is how they caught the guy. He wrote a few checks out to himself and cashed them at the bank. they had him on the cameras, put his face on the local news and he was in arrested that night.

I had my checks stolen once (new acct, stolen out of my mailbox). The guy wrote almost 50 checks all over town. Once I realized the checks were stolen, my bank stopped payment, reversed funds, and the businesses tried coming back on me to pay for the bad checks, even though not one of those businesses checked the ID or verified the signature. Even with the local businesses at fault completely, it was a legal mess for me. The theif was finally caught when he called and got chinese delivered to his house and paid for it with one of my stolen checks.
