Some help please

I have a box that measures to be 1.75 ft^3 before displacements. It has a round port that is 4" wide & 5" long. Can anyone tell me what its tuned to?

And for future reference, how do you go about figuring it out?

Yeah, well its a rough guesstimation of the internal space.

Wow, that seams like a crazy high tuning for HT. Its an old Cerwin Vega LW-12 cabinet. I'm thinking of throwing in a new plate amp & an old PPI woofer I've got laying around. I might have to swap out the port too...hmm.

Would running the port outside the box be a bad idea? I could probably get tuning around 20hz with only a couple bends, if I went this route. I wouldn't know how to calculate tuning but I'm sure test tones & length adjustments could get me close. Bad idea?
