Some good 3.5" speakers?? (and other ?'s)

I'm upgrading my mid/ highs finally. My rear doors take 3.5" speakers, and I don't know crap about them.

They're going to be powered on a Cadence 75x4 wrms @ 4 0hm amp, but I don't think any really come close to taking that much power, so I don't think buying to beefy of ones will be my worry.

So, what's a decent pair I could get for say.. under a hundred? Doesn't have to be super high end, just looking for better than factory. I prefer clean sounding over loud, if it makes a difference.

Since I'm making a thread I might as well toss this up..

For my front I was planning on an Alpine Type S component set, or 5.25" Alpine Type S coax speakers. Would these both be ok ideas (watchin on ebay right now)? If I end up with the 5.25" coax should I get a pair of tweeters too, or just run the ones built in?

Also, any other suggestions for front speakers/ comps? My budget's pretty low, don't wanna spend a super lot on them.

Infinity's? What kind of car do you have that 5 1/4 are up front and 3.5 are in the rear...Audi maybe?

Nevermind...I'm guessing its a 99 Park Ave? But i don't think the rears are 3.5...

No, they're most def 3.5.

I've got (back to front):

2 6x9's (took out)

2 3.5's

2 5.25"

2 tweets

1 3.5" center

So Im guessing that its a 6 speaker (factory) setup and the rear doors just fill but you have 6x9s on your rear deck plate.

Ah, yea perhaps he was talking about that, yea. 9 speaker, they count the tweeters, plus the 1 center channel in the dash.

The rear 6x9s are set up for just bass (they don't get a high/ mid signal), and I just removed them when I added subs. So basically I really just need to know what some good 3.5's are to replace my rear door speakers.

I would remove the rear 3.5's, add 6x9's back to the back deck and run wire from the rear doors to the rear 6x9's so they get full range...
