theres no doubt its better but if ur tight on cash go ahead and get the 04's its not the like '06 version is 2 times as better or anything but its just better in small areas (no more breaking tinsel leads)

04/05 are the same driver, totally new driver in 06, new spiders, coils and cones..

06's are way better in everyway. I punished them to the extreme and they're taking it like a champ. They're more durable and don't fatigue as easy after extensive burps.

I was testing the new build in my van with 4-0612L7D2s and 4- 04KX1200.1s before swapping out for the solos and 2500s. Love them.....166.7 on the Termlab.
